Rectangular Wire Fastener welded on cross wire
The MATO Low Profile Wire Fastener M60L is a result of intensive market research and close collaboration with our customers. The Fasteners are welded on a cross wire. The constructive design assures a extremely flat splice.
For different applications, there a different versions available.
- For standard applications M63LP (Flat wire 0,9 x 0,7 mm)
- Ultra Low Profile (M61L.../M62L...), if standard is not flat enought (Flat wire 0,9 x 0,5 mm)
Special features of the splice:
- Good embedding in the belt
- Minimum abrasive wear
- Minimum noise emission
- Minimum stress on belt cleaners
Available in this two materials:
- Chromium Steel 1.4016 "S"
- Stailness Steel 1.4404 "SS"
